Help!!!!! Does anyone who had gastric bypass had kidney failure?

I had gastric bypass one year ago and I experienced kidney failure during the procedure. Since then I have lost 250 lbs. Over the last five months my weighloss has drastically decreased. Do people with bad kidney lose less weight and what can I do to increase my weight lost. Anyone who had gastric surgery and have bad kidneys, Please help!!!!
