Should I keep appt. for consult just found out pregnant?

I am 31 mos. post open RNY and really wanted to deal with the sharpei tummy and spare tire in butt. I finally got up the nerve to call for PS appointment and just found out Thursday I'm pregnant. I know it takes a while for approval so should I go ahead and keep appt? Also does anyone know if when I have my c-section can they do the PS then? Thanks.
