Has anyone been approved through Unicare for Tummy Tuck?

I haven't checked yet with Unicare. Just wanted to see if anyone here has been approved for a Tummy Tuck through Unicare Insurance and if so what are the requirements for approval? Thanks so much for all of your help! Hugs, Grace
