Anyone approved for plastic surgery thorough medical mutual?

I'm 18 months post-op and have been suffering with back, neck and shoulder pains and was wanting to know if anyone who had medical mutual of ohio get approved for the removal of excess skin? I was denied in august because they said the services were cosmetic. I truly need help, because this excess skin is starting to make me feel like a failure, like i didnt loose 130lbs! My plastic surgeon said i have about 20-25lbs of excess skin!!! I have at least 40lbs to loose on my own to reach my goal of 160. I exercise 3 to 4 times a week, 3 miles on my gazelle and 50-100 crunches on my ab bench. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks amos..Nicky
