Lower Body LIft on 7/14.....

I had a lower belt lipectomy (or lower body lift,) and since that time have noticed that the mons pubis area is very swollen. I'm just wanting to know if this will go down and flatten? My PS mentioned to me that he "defatted" the mons during the surgery.....so I'm hoping this swelling will subside. Ironically, before the LBL, I had a flat pubis....now, it's rather large and protrudes noticeably. Anyone else experience this?
