Is anyone else experiening memory loss

I am 15 months out. I am on a local list and 1 year out list any MANY of us are experiencing memory loss. It is affecting my job and I am concerned . There is some speculation it could be a vitamin deficiency. Anyone else hear this or have any thoughts .... that they remember
