Antibiotics and yeast infections

I started taking Flagyl for an on going stomach problem hoping it is a bacterial problem. I will be on it for a few months...I have had extreme bloating and constipation for two years and have tried everything. I want to wait this out to see if Flagyl will help but two weeks after I started it I got a yeast infection.I got a cream and used it and today I feel it coming back. Will it never go away while I'm taking the antibiotic? I am also taking a good probiotic. My husband is going to be home for the first time in three months tonight,he works at sea. I hate the fact that I am dealing with this! Any quick fixs?
