I am one year post op as of June and have been working out at the gym three times per week and yet I am still only down 91 pounds. To give you an idea, I started out at 342 pounds. I went from a 4x down to a 2x and sometimes even a 1x but I am finding that these last 50-70 pounds that I want to lose are just seeming impossible for me to accomplish. Any suggestions??
