WARNING: I just had PS on Monday and Dr told me to take some Magnesium Citrate

because I hadn't had a BM. I had MAJOR DUMPING, something I have only had 2 times since my surgery over a year ago. I didn't throw up (or poop), but nearly passed out, very light headed and a cold sweat that soak my whole body. Called baratric surgeon and nurse said that is a no no for us, way to strong, and I can vouch for that!
