Can someone point me in the right direction?

I need am looking for a numbered list of items that I should start getting pre and post op. I am trying to find articles and books but I am not having any luck. Also can someone tell me where to find Pouch rules for dummies, I cannot find it on the web or at my local book stores. Thanks
