At 11 months out how much food should you be consuming

Hi everyone, Let me start by saying that I had sugery may 22 of last year. I had my surgery in mexico and I don't have a dr. I live in the SF bay area. I have no medical ins. anymore so I went to the clinic but of course they did'nt have information about the surgery and couldn't answer my questions. I did have lab work done and everthing was fine and that was 2 months ago but now I feel tired all the time and could this be from low iron or what? I also have headaches. Since I don't have a dr. I read the posting alot to get information. I have lost 95lbs.My next question is how much should you be eating at one sitting is it less than a cup or when you feel full.
