Has anyone had nerve problems after bypass?

I had gastric bypass 3 years ago and for about 2 1/2 years I have had bad headaches and extreme neck and shoulder pain.I have been on many meds with no help,recently I was told I am low on B-12 and this could be causing nerve damage and started doing injections.Has anyone had nerve problems since bypass and gotten help,how long does it take to get B-12 to normal levels? thanks
