Anyone had WLS who has endometriosis & pelvic adhesions?

I will hopefully have RNY surgery in a couple weeks. One concern: I have severe, Stage IV endometriosis with pelvic adhesions. During infertility treatment, I had a diagnostic lap, and the surgeon said it was bad -- all over my colon, my ovaries were pulled behind my uterus -- he called it a "frozen pelvis." When I had my C-section, the surgeon freed up a 3-inch section of my colon that was stuck behind my uterus in adhesions/scar tissue. Anybody have similar problems? Was your surgeon able to do WLS open or lap? Any complications/problems as a result of those pesky adhesions? Thanks for your help.
