Is there anyone who is or isnt happy with their breast lift with or without

implants? I have recently been approved for a reconstructed BL the PS said i have no breast tissue left ( funny i used to tho DD to a saggyyy B) I want to get implants, but i dont think he wants to do that, i have an app with him on the 21st to discuss the implant situation. What i am asking is , where you satisfied with just a lift? Or did you have very little tissue and get implants and a lift? How do they look? Pictures would deeply be appriceated! Then i'll know if whinning to the PS will be worth mine and his time. Thank you
