Has anyone had to have their arms re-done because not enough was taken off?

I had Reconstructive Surgery on February 3, 2004. I had a TT, breast lift, and my arms done. After just 8 weeks, one arm seems to be starting to droop. It is 1/2" to 1" lower than my other arm. I don't know how to approach the doctor about this. It looked great until recently. Any advice will be helpful. Lap RNY 8-28-02 - 125 lbs
