Has anyone not made it to their doctors goal weight ?

Has anyone not made it to their doctors goal weigh by theor 1 year check up? I have my 1 year check up tomorrow and I am not at the goal weight the doctor set for me. I am about 13#'s above. I am not even at the goal weight I set for myself which is about 6#'s lighter than I am. I have been at the same weight for about 4 months and have not lost a pound no matter what I do-increase exercise-change foods-eat more- eat less. I think I am done losing. I am very satisfied at the weight I am at-however feel alittle like a failure. Just wondering if anyone has been here. 252/156/144
