i am so scared i am going to gain my weight

i am 7 months post-op, lost 83#. i ate for lunch 4 oz of steak, 1/4 cup of peas, 1/4 mushrooms. is this too much? i don't want to fail. i have been worried for a month or so i can eat too much. please respond. thanks, connie
