This can't be a plateau, could it?
I had open RNY on 1/30 and through the first month i lost almost 40 pounds, but since then I haven't lost anything? What is the deal with that? I have just begun exercising and i get about 60 oz of water in everyday and that is a struggle. My meals are normally as follows about 3 oz of chili with beans in the AM, low fat with a bit of low fat cheese on top for some more protein, a string cheese about 3 hours later, a lean cuisine for lunch, just the meat about 3 ozs., and then dinner is usually some meat of some kind. i also drink probably 16 - 20 ozs of lite cranberry juice that couldn't cause this stall, could it? Also this all started when i went back on the birth control pill at one month out and then i went off it last week, could it just be getting used to the hormones i screwed up by going back on the pill and then back off so quick, because of course now i have my period again? Anyway, just looking for some ideas or encouragement. One other thing, despite no weight loss i do feel as if my body is getting smaller - how does that make any sense? RNY 1/30/04 280/240/150
