Any luck getting your records from St. Louis?
The most conclusive medical records and medical history are from the doctors I saw as a dependant spouse in the military. From 1987-1996, I was seen strictly by military doctors at military installations. We divorced when he was stationed at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City in 1996. I called them today about getting a copy of my military medical records and they gave me the website of the National Archives and Records Administration in St. Louis where my records were sent for archiving. I have printed out the steps of what I need to do to get my records. Has anyone had any success in retrieving their medical records from the Administration? How long did it take? How much did it cost? Any information (good or bad) is most appreciated! My obesity began with those records and they discussed WLS with me way back in 1988 but I got pregnant and then I never pursued it.
