when will the state of ohio tell me if i am approved?

i hired walter lindstrom b/c i was denied and appealed 3 times. he sent my external appeal out to the state of ohio and said i would hear by 30 days. its almost been 30 days and i am freaking out. everyone says it is 30 days or less. how can i find out sooned? kelly
