Can anyone reccomend or give advice on individual health plans?

I just started my WLS journey and then found that my insurance was to be changing in a few weeks. The new policy has an exclusion for gastric bypass. I'm looking into individual heath plans. I know this question has been asked before, but it was quite along time ago and wonder if there is any new advice out there?
