does tri care comsider pcos as a co-morbidity???

my insurance is tri-care prime, i have a refferal to a wls surgion. per tri-care's definition i am 100# overweight but have not been diagnosed with any of the listed co-morbidities. i just fall short of the 200% of your "ideal weight". I have been diagnosed with pcos, along with that i have insulin resistance. Has anyone had any luck with tricare aproving the wls because of pcos or insulin resistance?
