I was wondering how much you were eating?
I am almost 7 months out RNY and I think I might be gaining. Now I cannot tell if it is water weight or if I am really gaining or if it is the unreliable scale that my mother has now hidden on me but since new years I have gained 7lbs. Here is my typical day eating, 1)morning either a piece of toast on low carb bread with peanut butter or 2/3 a low carb bagel with cream cheese, 2 2)lunch I have six meatballs with spagetti sauce or a chicken breast or a smart ones low carb dinner (I eat mostly just the meat out of it) 3)Dinner, now this can vary. Most of the time it is a smart ones low carb dinner, or some chicken, or a hamburger pattie with onions, or a salad with chicken. 4)Usually right before bed or later in the evening I have a protein drink. Sometimes I have pineapple. Now How do you tell if it is an enlarged stoma? Does it sound like I am eating too much for 7 months out? I know that if I am really concerned or it goes on to contact my surgeon but I wanted to know from some of the people who are or have gone through the same thing. I do not want to gain this weight back and I know I need to exercise more since I am not very good at it. I get around 90 oz of water a day and probably 2 cups of milk a day.
