Can you begin dumping at 6 mos post-op?

Up until very recently, I have been able to eat whatever I want. I am careful about it though. Now I am having what I imagine is a slight dumping effect with certain foods that I have been eating all along. Can dumping just start up one day after six mos of not dumping?
