worried about cause of mild pain after complications.
I am about 7 1/2 months out from surgery. I had serious complications including a fistula, revision to fix the fistula, pnemonia and an abdominal infection. Ever since my last surgery, I get low grade pain in the front of my left shoulder and sometimes in my right shoulder. From what I understand and what the Dr. said is that it is referred pain from my diaphram. He said it might be adhesions. I feel it when I walk or take a deep breath. Has anyone else experienced this? I am afraid of a leak or something else going on down there. The pain is very mild but enough to keep reminding me of it. My Dr. doesn't seem too concerned about it. I am feeling very well otherwise.
