Really need some encouragement, Dr. THrew me a loop about loss

I talked to my surgeon today to ask him if I had proximal RNY, he said yes and that I had 75 cm bypassed. I told him that I had started at 261 the day of surgery, OCtober 7, 2003 and that I was now at 209, for a loss of 52 pounds. He told me that was above normal loss for 3 months out and I was doing good. I told him I wanted to get to 150, he told me he felt like I could, but it would take about 2 YEARS to reach that! I am FREAKING OUT BIG TIME!!!! Please let me hear from you! Kim
