When are sleep study results available?

I am scheduled for my sleep study in two days. It is an overnight procedure. I was referred to the sleep study by prescription from my PCP. Will I be given results at the end of the study and be told if I have sleep apnea, or will I have to wait until they are sent to my doctor? How long after your sleep study were you aware of the results? Thank you!
