Today I ate two bites and it came back mixed with blood

and spit up blood several times afterwards.I am 3 months postop and have been eatting fairly well the past few days. Up until today. My stools arent black and tarry.Ive tried to eat some soup this evening but it didnt go down either.Can it be that the force of the gagging caused the blood? I dont hurt anywhere or feel bad but this was more blood than food that came back up.
