I've met my goal, look and feel too thin, how do I stop losing the weight?

I'm only 10 months out and have reached my goal. I know that not many people have this problem, so I apologize to those who are struggling to meet their goals. My face is gaunt and I look unhealthy. I still have excess skin around my tummy, thighs, hips and breasts (or what's left of them) so at least that part of me isn't too thin. I'm worried because I met my goal at 10 months that my body still has a long time until it adjusts and I stop losing. I don't want to change my eating habits, I've tried very hard to make the lifestyle change required to be healthy. I just feel and look too thin. I've cut back the length of my cardio workout, and work out harder so my heart rate is up and I'm working my cardio system instead of just burning calories. I've also doubled my strength training, I do the circuit twice to put on some muscle and tone up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I see my surgeon mext week, but I'd like to hear from some of you who've been there. Please email me if you'd like: [email protected]. Or visit my website: www.geocities.com/divahammer/index.html
