only the duodenum bypassed?
I recently asked my Dr how much of my intestine was bypassed, he said only the Duodenum(sic), so about 75cc(his words). Well I have been researching and am finding that the Duodenum is anywhere from 10cc to 25cc. Does anyone have more specific information on this. I am really confused and getting put off from the Drs office. If I really have only a 25cc or less bypass, will I still be successful and do I worry about, or have any malabsorbtion at all? Has anyone else had this small amt bypassed? Thanks,
