Labwork results

Can anybody translate what these elevated levels mean from my lab work: (1) Urea Nitrogen (BUN) is 26 (normal is 7-25) (2) Bun/Creatinine ratio is 33 (should be 6-25) (3) Calcium oxalate crystals in urine was moderate, should be 'none of few' Anything to be concerned about?
