Heavy Duty Computer Chair

My mom is SMO and needs a new computer chair. It needs to be a secretary or task type chair (no arms) with casters or wheels and heavy duty to accomodate a 400+ pound person. In addition to using the chair for computer work, she uses it to scoot around her house ... so it gets a lot of wear and tear. Does anyone know of a source for this type of chair? Reasonably priced would be a plus!
