Vegi Supplement?
I'm finding no matter how hard I try, I just can't get in enough fresh vegis after I eat the required protein at each meal. I don't want cumulative effects of small vegi amounts to add up to a nutritional deficiency in the future. If you take a special vitamin or supplement that would help, please share that with me. I'm having my LBL the week after Christmas and want to be sure I'm as prepared and nutritionally sound as possible. Thanks to all of you. I don't know what I would have done without each of you throughout my journey.
