Pain After Drinking ANYTHING

I am 19 months post-op Lap RNY, and just about the most well-behaved post-op on the planet, no kidding. No alcohol ever, no sugar, no smoking. I dump easily, so no cheating.
Two days ago I started having pain after I drank anything- Propel, coffee, tea, water, soy milk, ANYTHING. I have timed it, since it is so annoying ;) I takes about 10-12 seconds for the pain to hit me. Even a small sip causes the pain. I would decribe it as a burning knot between the lower part of my breasts, just at the top of my rib cage (I think it is about where I would do compressions for CPR). It makes it hard to breath for a couple of seconds, then goes away.
I am not calling my doc's PA yet, just doing a wait-and-see for a day or two... plus I am having an endoscopic biospy on Wednesday (day after tomorrow) to rule out Celiac Sprue. So, if there is anything going on in there, they would see it.
Just wondering if anyone has felt this one before. It had thrown me off guard because I am so far out (19 months), and up until know I have been able to nearly gulp liquids, no problem.
Thanks for your help! -Shelli
