Any ideas on how to get more energy?

I have NO energy. I am 5'4", lost 120lbs... down to 168..still want to lose another 30, but still happy with this. Anyway, my surgery was 3/13/02, so I am well over a year out.. my blood work is fine, so the Dr. won't give me any B-12 shots... any ideas on what to take to get energy... I feel GREAT! but just have no energy...I am even trying the new Zantrex-3 for energy. So far I can't really tell any difference. Thanks for your input!
