Will I have to Have test redone?

My surgery was approved had date and everything than the insurance decides they are not gonna pay. I found out the company is switching to BCBS of NC in January. I just know we will have the Blue card plan. My question is will I have to have all my test redone the lady at the doctors office said no but, has anyone else had this problem? I have had my blood work, ekg, chest xrays, upper endoscopy, nutriction eval, psych eval, I had to pay this all out of pocket I do not have the money to go through all this again. The first pre-op requirment was done in May. If someone could answer it would help. Thanks in advance
