At 8 weeks post op.....

Are peanuts ok to eat at 8 weeks post op...seem like i can have everything else. I want something to snack on thats high in protein. And NO I CAN'T DO THE PROTEIN SHAKES OR BARS I GAG OFF THAT MESS!!
