Has anyone considered revision after having open RNY?

I'm about 3 years post op. I've had a baby since the surgery, currently I'm stuck at the weight of 215-219 lbs. Since revision will probably not be covered by insurance I'm willing to self-pay by having a revision by adding a lap band to my RNY in order to increase weight loss along with making my pouch smaller if thats possible. I'm willing to go across the border to Mexico to do this. Has anyone ever had such a revision? I feel desperate.
