I am 33 - no HBP/no Hi Cholest. - now EKG says mild aortic valve sclerosis???

I am freaking out..my Echocardiogram came back and when the dr did a preliminary check of results he put NO VALVULAR ABNORMALITIES below other remarks saying I have "Mild Aortic Valve Sclerosis and Mild Left Ventrical Hypertrophy"..Has anyone ever heard of this - I am only 33 - unless its congenital i am too young to have something liek this according to everything i have read...and to never have had symptoms or anything...its really made me VERY nervous...Please let me know if you have ever heard of this.....-Kelly
