What's it taste like

Okay I know this is an odd question...but can anyone describe what cottage cheese tastes like. I have never in my 34 years tasted it. Yes, I know I could buy some and try it but I have so few things I can "stomach" and I dont want to taste it only to spend the next 1/2 hour ralphing it up.
