At the request of Bob the Mod!!!! :)
Hey, y'all. I posted a few days ago on how tired and dizzy I was amonth after surgery. Thank you so much for all your imput and for those the urged me to go to the doc ASAP. Although my bloodwork came back great, my doc gave me a stern talking to. I was dehydrated, had to get 2 bags of fluid. He told me to sip, sip, sip. He also told me 60 grams of protein a day-and for now, even though it's expensive, that means for me since I still lack desire for food, 3 cans of Atkins protein shakes a day. But really, considering I used to pay $5 a meal for fast food every day, this is really not bad. And I felt good enough today to get up for breakfast with friends. I had about 3 bites of egg and a bite of dry toast. Not exactly "yummy" but I made myself and am actually proud that I did it. I have taken my vitamins the past two days, I got a B12 shot, and I just really appreciate y'all talking me through everything. Really, those two bags of fluid made me feel invincible. Kinda weird. I refuse to feel that badly again. Thanks!
