Why at 7 months out am I just starting to have nausea?

I am almost 7 months out and I have just started having nausea (worse in a.m.) and randomly throughout the day. I also am having more acid indegestion at night. I never had any of this before. I am on the pill, so I can't be pregnant. Is my pouch changing?
