Do you drink alcoholic beverages after surgery?

I was NEVER a drinker, however, here lately, I just LOVE White Russian drinks! They taste soooo good. I dont indulge in them except when we go out (once or twice a month). Then I only have two or three drinks. Do you think this will hurt me or cause me to gain weight? Honestly, I was NEVER a drinker, but I could drink one of these every nite (but I don't). Has anyone else experienced this?
