I am 7 months post op

Today I got my blood work from my PCP to take to the surgeon and my liver enzymes are WAY Up , They are normally 44 which is still elevated but now they are 104 .. Why is this happening? The doctor before said it was fat around my liver but IM loosing the fat so why is it going higher .. ACK im worried ..
