What do I say to my best friend?!?!?!?!

I'm 3 months post-op and have lost almost 70 lbs to date. My best friend has gained weight and is currently the size I was pre-op. She constantly says things like "I'm SO fat" and I am getting tired of hearing it and thinking of things to say back. How do I respond to her???
