I was wondering if my deducitlbe would apply to next year?

I know I will and should call my insurance co.,but I won't be able to until tomorrow. I just had a sleep study done friday evening, and I imagine I will have a portion to pay, and that will go towards my $300.00 deductible. I was wondering if they (inusrance) would carry that over to next year, since it is so late in the year. I don't want to pay another $300.00 in Jan. when I will most likely be having my surgery. I remember my insurance co. from years ago doing this, especially if there were no other claims during the year that applied to the deductible.
