Has anyone had left side pain after eating. I am 4 1/2 months out.

I have had it for about 2 weeks and it feels like gas trapped in my intestine. It usually goes away by morning but as soon as I eat something solid I feel it again. It is strange because it feels like there is something moving in my intestines, when I take a deep breath. The pain is not severe but very annoying.
