I am nearly 3 weeks post-op. My doctor says I need between 57 and 74 grams of

protein per day. I am struggling to get that much - it's more like about 45 grams. I am getting the water in though. I need suggestions for a protein drink and also am wondering if the lack of protein could be why I only lost 2 lbs this past week? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Lisa
