Post-op and starting on Reglan, anyone else on it?

I'm 11 weeks post-op and have been having problems with nausea and vomitting a couple times per week. I haven't been eating too much and do try to make sure I chew really well. The upper GI was normal but they did find I still have reflux so I'm starting on Nexium as well as Reglan to help my stomach empty. Is anyone else on this and how did it affect you? I'm worried if it empties my stomach too soon it will make me want to eat too often. I've lost 44 lbs to date and obviously want to continue. My last episode was Saturday with Salmon and 2 hours after eating dinner it came back. Any thoughts? Your comments are appreciated.
