ANYONE NOT NEED PLASTIC SURGERY AFTER THEY LOST THE WEIGHT THE NEEDED AFTER WLS?

I am reading a lot about plastic surgery and sagging skin, is there anyone out there who didn't require or think that they needed plastic surgery? What are the statistics? What caused you not to need it? I am pre-op and looking ahead.
